Padmasambhava collects the following data:
  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.) This may be stored both on our paper registration forms and on our computer database.
  • Personal health information. This remains on the paper registration forms and is stored securely.

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Padmasambhava with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
  • Contact us online through our website contact form.
  • Complete a student registration (health questionnaire) form on paper.
  • Provide us with your personal data verbally or by email in order to continue to communicate with you or to clarify which class is most suitable.

Padmasambhava may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
  • Our Mailchimp signup form.

How will we use your data?
Padmasambhava collects your data so that we can:
  • Communicate with you about classes or events you may be attending or planning to attend. To follow up on orders of books etc that you may have made.
  • Email or send paper mail to you regarding classes, courses, workshops or retreats we think you might like.
  • To ensure your safety during Yoga classes at Padmasambhava and to provide you with the best possible teaching, support and advice.

How do we store your data?
Padmasambhava securely stores your data at 66 Rhosmaen Street, Llandeilo. SA19 6EN
Padmasambhava will keep your contact details, health information and account history only for as long as is necessary. This is under periodic review. Once we are sure that you will no longer be using our services your data is archived securely. After 7 years from your last attendance on classes or events your data will be, deleted, in the case of contact information on computer, or by being shredded, in the case of health related information kept on paper.

Mailing you about Courses and Events
Padmasambhava would like to send you information about the classes, workshops, courses and retreats that we offer.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Padmasambhava from contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you no longer wish to be contacted about our classes, or events, you may email, write or telephone us, in order to unsubscribe, or if you have received a mailout by email, you may use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
